Delivery was delayed and the salesman we dealt with left, however we were kept informed of progress (apparently the car was in 3 different countries!). We asked for and were given a courtesy car and the handover 'ceremony' was a superb touch.

My salesman John was very attentive and patient explaining the controls etc. I enjoyed ordering and collecting it. Unfortunately, the dealer was unable to transfer my personalised number plate onto my new car.

The experience was very good, it was a quick turn around from finding the car, it being delivered to picking it up. I was informed of what was going on throughout the whole process. The VIP handover was good & definitely topped the whole experience.
