Great experience... only comment. the outside area of the showroom/garage needs a tidy. weeds etc.

The only thing missing, was on my previous hand over, there was more fuss made on hand over, my name on a sign saying congratulations and pulling the cover off the car, little things that made it that bit more special.

Car broke down because not had software updates switched on! Didn't actually know this was a 'thing'. However, I understand the importance of this now and how to check for updates thank you to Emily

I took my Mini into Doncaster for gearbox top up and reset . As I had to travel 25 miles I arranged to wait for its completion but I didnt really expect it to take so long. Even though Emely the service lady keep up well informed.

I found the whole experience excellent. I was contacted in advance to inform me of what to expect on the day and the whole procedure was completed in a very timely manner. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
